Shawnee Smith (5' 3") is an American television and film actress. Smith's most notable roles are in the roles of Amanda Young and Linda on the CBS sitcom Becker. Smith was a former frontwoman of Fydolla which was a rock group who toured across the US and in the UK. Smith is now half of Smith & Pyle which is a country desert rock band along alongside Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith, the second daughter of Patricia Smith, an oncology nurse as well as Jim Smith former US Air Force pilot and financial planner, was born in Orangeburg South Carolina. Following her move from South Carolina, her family moved to Van Nuys California. Her mother was married for 8 years after her divorce. Rachel's live show Death Let Me Do My Special is currently on tour through the summer and spring of 2023. In 2019, Rachel sold out Radio City Music Hall when she performed Crazy Ex-Girlfriend: Live as part of a multi-show tour. The same year, she was also featured in her own solo tour What Do I Want to Do With My Life Today? It was a seven-day show in the venue Just For Laughs.
